On my first time placing a large order the shipping carrier lost one of the packages and did not even looked into looking for missing box. I immediately let Sculpted by Alexis know about missing order. Had immediate response and worked with me to figure out the whereabouts of package. The carrier closed our case even when we still had one box of order missing and proof. Sculpted by Alexis surprise me with resending the whole order again even with some product I did received.
